What's the schedule?
Parties are 2 hours long (1½ hours of climbing). The Party Room is yours the entire time.
We check for waivers and size climbers for gear on arrival, then review how-tos and rules before starting. For the first hour, the Kidz Cave is reserved for your group (optional). The second hour is flexible: climb, use the Party Room, or split time as you like.
Does the party include food?
No, but outside food and drinks (non-alcoholic) are allowed in the Party Room.
For Tues-Sat parties, you can order stone-oven pizza from 5.ATE Café, located inside the gym. Order at least 24 hours in advance. The 5.ATE Café is operated separately, so contact them directly to place orders and pay for food: (281-516-5283).
What are your decorations/paper products like?
We set out birthday-themed, multi-colored balloon centerpieces and tablecloths. Plates, cups, and plasticware are typically white, with multi-colored napkins.
Can I request a specific color?
Our supplies are multi-colored and white. You're welcome to bring your own products.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, but they must be free-standing. We do not allow anything on our walls. Window clips are available for lightweight banners.
When can I arrive?
You may arrive 15-20 minutes before your party time.
Can I arrive earlier?
No, our staff will be cleaning and preparing for your party.
How do I get my items to the Party Room?
We have a cart and elevator to help with transporting your items.
How many people fit in the Party Room?
Our two long tables seat 12 people each (24 total).
Do we have to stay in the Kidz Cave?
No. It's reserved for your group for the first hour, but you are not restricted to that area. Just ask your Party Host if you want the group to climb elsewhere.
Do non-climbers need a waiver?
Yes, everyone who is in our facility needs to fill out a waiver – climbing or not. Minors need a parent/guardian to fill it out.
Can the adults climb?
Yes, but then they count as a climber. We charge you according to how many climbers you have.
Are gym members counted?
Active gym members are not included in the climber total. (Active means their membership is not frozen nor terminated.)
Are very young kids counted?
Children 2 and under are not counted in the climber total.
What's your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Cancellations are not refunded.
If you contact us more than 2 weeks from the party date (to reschedule it), we will reschedule it and transfer the original deposit to your new party date.
If you contact us less than 2 weeks from the party date (to reschedule it), we will cancel your original booking (no refund). You will need to pay a new deposit to book your new party date.
