DAYS & TIMES:

  • Tuesdays, 1:00 - 3:00 PM or
  • Thursdays, 1:00 - 3:00 PM

Our Mid-Day Program helps your climbers grow confidence and community through climbing lessons and fun, social games and activities.

The first hour is coach-led training, followed by one hour of free climb. Parents/guardians may watch the training hour, but are required to remain and actively supervise children ages 13 and under during free climbing time.

No experience necessary. 

No membership is required if your child is only attending this rec program. If they want to climb more regularly and enjoy full gym access, we suggest adding a gym membership in addition to the program fee.

Not sure about signing up? Try out the program one time for a $10 trial class fee! Call ahead for availability. Then pay at the Welcome Desk on the day of the practice. Rental gear is additional.

Our SQUEEZE ONE Rec Program is beginner-friendly and tailored to kids ages 5–11. This program starts with the basics and builds skills step by step in a fun, supportive setting. Through climbing games and coached activities, kids gain confidence, improve fitness, and make friends along the way. Participants will be challenged to grow, but never in a way that feels overwhelming.

No experience necessary.

Crush ClubCrush Club

AGES: 12 - 18 years old

DAYS & TIMES: Mondays, 5:00 - 7:00 PM 

Our CRUSH CLUB Rec Program is the spot for teens 12-18 who want to climb, get stronger and hang out with peers. The program teaches climbing fundamentals, boosts fitness, and levels up problem-solving skills. through coach-directed lessons, games and activities.

No experience necessary.
