Come join our Adult Circuit Training Thursdays! This class targets strength building, muscle endurance, and flexibility.

No previous workout experience is necessary as you’ll learn proper form and technique.

Ages 16+.

YOGA: Vinyasa Yoga with LilianaYOGA: Vinyasa Yoga with Liliana

In this class, poses are linked with breath to slowly build a fluid and energetic flow. Sequences will combine dynamic movement with static poses. Students can expect to feel strengthened, stretched, relaxed, and happy.

Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm
Sundays from 12:00-1:00 pm

YOGA: Tone with AlexandraYOGA: Tone with Alexandra

In this class we will focus on toning the body through fluid movements. Sequences will combine functional yoga poses with pulses, or added weight for an increased challenge.

Mondays: 10:00 - 11:00 AM

Every other Saturday 10:00 - 11:00 AM

YOGA: Movement with LisaYOGA: Movement with Lisa

In this class we will focus on movement, functional poses, and strength through range of motion. Students can expect to feel better posture and relaxation.
