MISSED PRACTICES
We staff and plan programs in advance and often operate at full capacity. No refunds or make-up practices are provided for missed sessions, absences, no-shows, or disenrollment.
BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS
- Our goal is to provide a safe and positive environment. We use proactive behavior guidance and redirection.
- If a youth's behavior becomes unsafe or inappropriate, a guardian may be asked to pick up their youth.
- Serious or repeated unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program with no refund.
- All participants are also expected to follow gym-wide policies.
MAKING CHANGES
All changes must be done via the online customer portal by the parent/guardian. Emails, phone calls, speaking with a coach, or speaking with staff are NOT valid methods for making changes.
TERMINATE (to disenroll from a program/team and end billing)
- The termination must be completed via the online customer portal by the parent/guardian before 11:59 pm on the day prior to the next bill date. Requests submitted on or after the bill date will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Recreational Programs
- Recreational Program participants cannot freeze, pause, or hold spots.
- If a participant terminates their program for any reason and later wishes to rejoin, they can do so by enrolling in the program again online (space permitting).
- If no spots are available, they can join the waitlist pool. When a spot becomes available, everyone in the waitlist pool is eligible to take the spot. Spots are awarded on a "first come, first served" basis to those who complete the online enrollment.
