School Field Trips

Only school groups are eligible for this discounted field trip rate.

INCLUDES:

  • 2 hours of climbing
  • Basic rental equipment for all climbers
  • Climbing orientation with inSPIRE Rock Staff
  • Groups with minors: You and your staff must actively supervise the minors in your group

PRICE:

$180.00 for up to 10 climbers
$18.00 per additional climber
Any chaperones not climbing - no charge (they will still need a waiver)
There is a non-refundable $100 down payment due upon booking.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • School groups only
  • During school days and hours only
  • Not available on holidays or weekends
  • Must pay for ten (10) or more climbers, even if fewer attend
  • Reservation must be made 2 weeks in advance
  • A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
  • Group must pay with one transaction
  • Groups with minors: You and your staff must actively supervise the minors in your group
  • Groups with minors: A chaperone ratio of at least 1 adult chaperone to 10 minors is required
  • 20 or less climbers: Online booking is available 
  • More than 20 climbers: Contact a Location Manager to see if we can accommodate your group

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  • If you cancel your event, you will not receive a refund.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

  • If you contact us more than 2 weeks before your event date (to reschedule it), we will reschedule it and transfer the original deposit to the new date. 
  • If you contact us less than 2 weeks before the event date (to reschedule it), we will cancel your original booking (no refund). You will need to pay a new deposit to book your new date. 

WAIVER REQUIRED: Every attendee, including adult chaperones, needs a completed digital waiver. Parents/legal guardians must fill it out for minors.
